For the Dakine skate team tour we converted a little turbo diesel RV to run on vegetable oil and packed six of us on the road from Portland to San Diego. The project involved painting the vehicle, adding vinyl graphics, fabricating two filter boxes for the rear of the vehicle, welding a custom fuel tank and converting the fuel system.
A photographer and writer from Skateboarding Transworld joined us on the road along with Chris Haslam, Jeron Wilson, Paul Machnau, Kyle Berard, Jesse Landen, and Scott Koerner.
