TRINITY FENCE
When we lived in NE Portland our kids went to Trinity Luthern School. During their first year a group of faculty and parents were organizing to build a little playground and to fence it all in. Initially I was hired to weld, paint and install the fence but eventually helped out with the little playground. It was fun to work with everyone and get to be involved where the kids were spending their first days away from home. They both had really good experiences at the school and amazing teachers all four years that they attended.

The best part of the playground project was definitely watching the kids using all the stuff. Here they are seen testing out the teeter-totter at home. I ended up fabricating a little hinging stand between the plank and the log so none of the kids would leave kindergarten with less fingers than they had started out with.
